Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.

  • If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 to 45 working days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

  • Administrative or service fees may be non-refundable in certain cases.

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can cancel their order/service request within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer service via phone or email, providing the order details.

  • If the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour period, the company reserves the right to decline the cancellation or charge applicable fees.

  • In cases where the service has already been dispatched or completed, no refund will be issued.

No-Refund Cases:

  • If the customer fails to be present at the agreed location and time for the service.

  • If the service is completed as requested without any valid complaint.
