  • The governing law is the local law of the UAE.

  • Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.


2. Payment Terms

  • Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same as the price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt.

  • The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.


3. Restricted and Sanctioned Countries

  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries including (but not limited to): Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.

  • No payments will be accepted via cards from the aforementioned countries or currencies.


4. Eligibility

  • Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as Users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.


5. User Responsibilities

  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and the merchant’s policies and rules.

  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.


6. Data Privacy

  • All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

  • 4 LIFTS will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.


7. Security

  • 4 LIFTS takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security, including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, 4 LIFTS cannot guarantee the security of any information disclosed online.


8. Third-Party Links

  • 4 LIFTS is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links.


9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.


10. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  • If there is No Refund or No Cancellation Policy, this must be clearly communicated to customers before purchase to avoid misunderstandings.
